I invested several months evaluating a variety of eLearning platforms and potential vendors for long term development consideration. What I found is that most companies take a cookie cutter approach by providing similar off-the-shelf type solutions. We chose Hardly Square because of their ability to develop a fully customized eLearning platform and tracking interface that meets our organizational goals and critical business objectives.

We built IRWIN an eLearning solution that extensively lowered training costs, continually generated business results and is an essential tool in their blended training program. The eLearning platform includes a secure login and an administrative dashboard with result tracking of learner specific profiles.
Immersing learners in real world scenarios has generated quantifiable results for IRWIN. Metrics that Matter scored our eLearning courses at 5.55 out of 6 compared to a benchmark of 4.96, by measuring job impact and learning effectiveness, outpacing other corporate universities by nearly 12%.
