Armstrong has now eliminated the excessive travel costs of traditional training, while benefiting from a digital training tool that’s available 24/7 online.
We developed a custom eLearning solution that fit Armstrong’s specific needs by targeting their entire sales channel. The platform gives their training managers the ability to present specific selling strategies and new product launches to a wide audience of distributors and affiliates. Each training course leverages interactive video, photography shot in-house and voice narration recorded in our studio. The eLearning platform also facilitates interaction and conversation between Armstrong sales representatives and their distributors by compiling course feedback and ratings.
